Security for you and your family ... Two excellent choices are available to you and your family. We offer a PPO Plan (The Affordable Network) and an HMO (Kaiser). Both plans provide excellent coverage for the single employee and the family as well. Small office co-pays can make going to the doctor a breeze. Annual open enrollment allows ease of transfer between plans. The dental options are exceptional. You have the freedom to choose any dentist you wish (not too many plans can offer that option). Your coverage may provide for your annual visits for preventative care or you may elect to extend your coverage to include orthodontics for your minor children. Either way, you will feel safe with your coverage selection. You will automatically be covered for 2 ½ times your annual salary. And if that’s not enough, you may even purchase additional coverage. Your family will have peace of mind when you travel with coverage of four times your salary if something should happen during a business trip. We are pleased to provide all employees with this coverage. This benefit provides a pay continuation should you have an illness or injury that exceeds 90 days. An attractive and unique program has been designed for you. We will match 100% of the first 5% you contribute and you become eligible to participate after only 90 days of employment. The plan allows you to deduct up to 15% of your gross salary and you become fully vested after just one year of employment. Other exciting features include ease of plan rollover and a loan option. This plan allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars for dependent care expenses and non-reimbursed medical expenses. The annual enrollment for this plan takes place in December. Our parent company, Dynatech Corporation, offers a discounted stock plan. Twice during the year you may select to put money aside to purchase stock at a 15% discount. Employee Educational Assistance We offer every employee an opportunity to continue their education with a generous reimbursement plan of $2,500 annually. Employees may purchase our computer systems at a substantially discounted price, then make small monthly payments with no interest until repaid. This is a very popular benefit. All employees start earning vacation at the rate of two weeks per year, payable at one week after the first six months. At five years, vacation is earned at three weeks. At ten years, vacation is earned at four weeks. We have nine scheduled paid holidays during each calendar year.
