Customer Engineer I

Basic Duties: Assist with OEM technical support problem resolution and pre-sales support. General internal sustaining engineering duties.

Experience: B.S. Electrical Engineering, B.S. Computer Engineering or related degree. 2+ years exper. working with IBM PC's. Good working knowledge of C, BASIC, and Assembly Language programming required. Experience with PC based data acquisition hardware, A/D, D/A, counters, digital I/O, etc. preferred.

Customer Engineer II

Basic Duties: Provide support to the Customer Engineering Department Technical Support Engineers. General internal engineering requirements from other departments. OEM support and training.

Experience: B.S. Electrical Engineering, B.S. Computer Engineering or related degree. Skills in programming in low and high level languages are mandatory. Employed by Industrial Computer Source for more than three years, two years as a Tech. Support Eng. More than three years experience on IBM compatible PC’s and peripherals.

Tech Support Engineer II

Basic Duties: Responsible for providing customers after sales assistance in the installation, integration and/or applications of Industrial Computer Source products.

Experience: B.S. Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. Exper. In customer support in a computer products environment. Min 3 years experience. Ability to diagnose problems and assist customer in solving them in a timely manner. th|>
