Customer Service Administrator II

Basic Duties: Responsible is to answer phone and assist customers in solving problems. Includes processing of incoming repairs and credits.

Experience: 1 year experience in customer service. 6 months experience working with vendors. Computer literate. Common sense a must. Detail orientated. Able to handle multiple tasks and heavy work loads.

Repair Technician II

Basic Duties: Test and repair incoming returned products from customers and ensure our company turn around policy

Experience: 2 years experience in computer repair. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Ability to diagnose problem with product and repair effectively. Ability to lift 25 - 50 pounds

Receiving Technician II

Basic Duties: Open boxes and receive incoming products from customers and verify all parts.

Experience: Min. 1 year exper with computers. Detail oriented. Basic format and virus scan experience. Computer entry. Ability to life 25 pounds
